First impressions mean everything when your home is on the market. The instant potential buyers walk in the door they begin assessing how much space there is, how good the flow is, and most importantly, how much they feel at home.

The truth is, most buyers lack the ability to visualize a home’s potential when what they’re presented with isn’t exactly ideal. They’ll see a misplaced sofa or oversized table and think a room is too small, or be turned off by shelves and shelves of knick-knacks. Fortunately, seeing a home’s potential is my specialty.

By editing down clutter and reconfiguring your artwork and furniture, I’ll make sure your home is putting its best face forward. Rooms will look more spacious and inviting to buyers who will take one look and say “I have to have this home.”

Bigger homes need attention, too. I’ll help establish a sense of comfort and coziness, and make sure your furnishings aren’t getting lost in a spacious room.
