Denny Blaine, Seattle

This home was in need of a “refresh” after sitting on the market for two weeks. We strategically placed the home owner’s existing furniture and brought in a couple keys pieces – including a hallway table, kitchen carpet, and black bar stools – to enhance each space. Shortly after, a potential buyer saw our work and made an offer. Voilà!

Washington Park, Seattle

This stunning home in Washington Park had too many vertical lines, due to the placement of table lamps, that made it hard to see the beautiful staircase and the architecture. Also, the sofa facing the fireplace was nice, but it divided the room and made it feel smaller smaller.

Broadmoor, Washington

This beautiful house was full of traditional architectural lines and furnishings. The idea here was not to modernize it, but to show the best way to plan the space using existing furniture to maximize its potential.

In order to demonstrate how much space is available and show off the details of the home we approached this placement like applying makeup to accentuate the face. To Eduardo’s way of thinking, one of the most important staging considerations is scale. If furniture is too large or too small it doesn’t seem right.

Bellevue, Washington

This split level home with modern lines and finishes had oversized furniture that was all about watching T.V. When presenting a living room, it’s important to show as a space to entertain family and friends — not watching T.V. — to demonstrate how to entertain and have a balance life to potenital buyers.

Mercer Island, Seattle

This Northwest contemporary home was beautiful but owners were missing art, mirrors, and other pops of color. We also repositioned the existing furntirue in the main living so it didn’t focus on the T.V.

We remodeled this powder room / guest bathroom with some “wow” factor that continues to be a portfolio highlight to this day.

For this remodel project with replaced the avocado green walls with a subtle grey, added a statement tile in the foyer, stained the exisiting yellow floors with a walnet brown finish and removed all carpeting. Our clients absolutely loved the changes!
